Begin of 2011

Year 2011 is starting out with huge exuberence, high momentum and very bullish signs
Seems to me -- too good to be true, But im not going to sit and challenge the market
I agree SPY knows more than me
But being content and taking profits is a good strategy
A few things to employ
  1. Trim or Sell positions where you are having a good profit and play on the house's money
  2. Use the profits to buy SPY puts 120 or 115 for near months
  3. Pick undervalued sectors value picks and do dollar cost averaging
Keep some not a lot cash and wait for a 10 + % pull back
This year could be a good year if we read and play it right --

    Some of the stocks you mentioned brought me good returns(like the ones below) .
    AMZN
    XOM
    TEF
    AA

    AMZN got me a good return comparing to others.

    With the silver price rising sharply ETF like
    "SLV" I believe will provide good ROI.
